Direct reservations must be made prior to July 15, 2025. After this date, the Hotel cannot guarantee the group rate, but will continue to accept reservations on a space available basis at the current available rates.

Check-In

Please note that check-in time is 3 PM. If you are checking in on Saturday, August 16th and joining the shuttle to the venue, please contact the hotel in the morning to inquire about early check-in possibility. If your room is not ready in time, you may leave your luggage with the front desk and check in upon return to the hotel, after the wedding festivities.

Alternatively, you can book the hotel for Friday August 15th to enjoy the accommodations and stress-free getting ready on the wedding day itself.

Changes or cancellations for individual reservations must reach the Reservations Department 48 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a penalty charge

of 1 nights’ room +tax.

Should you wish to camp overnight, our venue also has room for 15-20 (sizse dependent) RVs and 15 tent sites.
